The duration of our corporate headshot session can vary but usually takes around 15 minutes to an hour. This allows for multiple poses, outfit changes, and ensures a variety of shots for the client to choose from.

Wear professional, solid-colored clothing that complements your skin tone. Avoid busy patterns or overly bright colors. Depending on your headshot package, bring a few outfit options to the session to have some variety.

The turnaround time for our edited headshots varies. We typically deliver the final images within 2-3 business day after the session. After the session, we typically provide clients with a selection of proofs to choose from. You can then select a certain number of images included in your package, and additional images can be available for purchase at $25/image. We offer expedited services for a quicker turnaround. You can upgrade to Expedited Delivery for $55/photo, which means your photo will be ready the following business day. (Monday-Friday.)

Yes. We require a 50% deposit to secure a booking. This ensures commitment from both parties and is typically deducted from the total session cost.

No fees for cancellations or reschedules requested with at least 24 hours notice. If less than 24 hours notice, there may be a $50 re-booking fee to transfer your appointment to a different date/time. No-shows are non-refundable.
