Do you have business insurance?
Yes, we do. Our Business Liability is insured with State Farm. We would be more than happy to provide our Certificated of Insurance (COI) upon request.

How much do you charge?
Our pricing is available online through the “Book Us” button for all other Photography Experiences, except Wedding. For Wedding pricing, it will be provided upon request and/or during the Wedding Photography Consultation
Do you offer refunds?
Not for cancellations. The initial Retainer Fee, that’s due to secure your photography experience, is non-refundable.
How do I secure a photography appointment?
35% Retainer Fee is required. This Retainer Fee will be deducted from the total cost, and the remain balance will be due at least 3 days prior to the appointment. The Retainer fee is non-refundable.
Do you travel?
Absolutely. Once outside of the mileage threshold, around the City of Atlanta area, a travel fee will be applied, which is dependent on the location.
What happens if there’s inclement weather?
In the event of inclement weather, and it negatively interfers with the shoot, we will work with you to reschedule the shoot to the next best available date.
How do I book my wedding date?
You can start by completing and scheduling the Consultation Form, found in “Weddings” under the “Experiences” tab. Once submitted, we will follow up and send you our Wedding Investment Collection (package), and send the meeting invite via ZOOM.
Do you have a studio?
Yes. Our studio is located within the Atlanta metro area.
What photography services do you offer?
We offer photography services for Weddings, Events, Branding, Professional Headshot, Lifestyle & Portraits, and much more.
How long is the turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time for delivery for all services except for weddings, 3-5 business days. For weddings, our standard turnaround time is 3-4 weeks after the wedding date. It also depends on the time of the year, as well as the urgency, which in most cases we offer an expedited delivery at a fee.
How will photos by delivered?
All edited photos will be delivered in a digital format, to you email with a link to your online photo gallery.
What are the payment methods that you accept?
Most. Credit Card, Zelle, PayPal, CashApp, and more.. Checks are only accepted upon further verification.
Will I have full ownership of the photos?
Yes, once delivered, you have the rights to do whatever you would like with the photographs. We do, however, ask for credit by name (PWG Lens) for any individual or businesses that use our work for any public or marketing purposes.
